Summary: Good, but not as substantial as the old one. 2010-08-19
Comment: We have used the hotshots for many years. This is our fourth. It is not as substantial as the older ones and tends to "bend" forward when you dispense the water. Also, not as pictured as no beverage cup included; as with some older models AND as pictured.

Comment: Our first one lasted.....over a decade??????? When we replaced it, we got one that lasted about 2 years. Great item, but didn't have a long life.
