Product Description
The Special Edition Brewing System is our mid-luxury home brewing system that offers a blend of styling and convenient features. The Special Edition features chrome accents, a blue, back lit LCD display and three brew size options. Programmable features include a Digital Clock, Adjustable Temperature and Auto On/Off. The 48-ounce removable water reservoir holds up to eight cups before refilling and for the removable drip tray allows for easy cleaning and the use of travel mugs.At initial set up, once the machine is filled with water, it will take approximately 4-minutes for the water will be heated. During the heating period the red light next to HEATING on the LED Control Center will become illuminated. Once the water is heated, the red light will turn off and the Small Mug Button will flash. Press the Small Mug Button to start a cleansing brew. Pour the hot water into the sink. The Brewer may take 15 seconds to reheat water between brews during which time the red light next to HEATING on the LED Control Center may be illuminated. When the water has heated, the red light will turn off. The one-time set-up process is now complete and you are ready to brew!

Summary: 2 Months later, Quit Working 2010-03-11
Comment: I have had my Keurig for 2 months and its quit working already....I loved it while it worked though, but now I have to unplug it, replug it, wait for it to warm up again, then try pushing the brew button, sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes to finally kick in and brew a cup!

Summary: Not worth the price for convenience 2010-03-10
Comment: Sure this is a very convenient device, but not worth the hassle in my opinion. I can heat water in the microwave faster than this can brew tea (warm-up time is what takes the most time). I realize that once it's warmed-up it brews multiple cups fast, but this seems like an expensive way to warm-up water. I thought it was annoying that it told you it was empty and to fill it with water even though it was still 1/3 full? I felt the coffee options (not including buying a re-usable filter and using your own coffee grounds) tasted very weak. I'm returning mine; I'm glad I gave it a try and now I know it's not for me.

Comment: want a coffee maker that works? then look elsewhere. i have bought many coffee makers, expresso machines, and NEVER had one NOT work, or work randomly, or when it feels like it like this one.
press medium cup, get small cup. turn on, it turns itself off after 2 minutes. and this after 2-3 weeks. unforunately i bought this as a gift in early dec. and problems started in mid-jan. too late to return!
next time follow all the neg. reviews and your gut. when any product has 50+ 1 stars it is because it has many issues, so avoid, avoid, avoid!

Summary: 3rd dead one 2010-03-03
Comment: I got a B70 for Xmas and it kept shutting off on its own, so I returned it for another B70. It had the same problem. Then I found all the reviews that said the B70 was defective, so I tried the B60. Same problem again, it won't brew unless I take out the water reservoir and put it back in. Repeat process for each cup you want to brew. The auto turn on feature doesn't work because of this, so don't expect a hassle free cup of coffee in the morning. Definitely not worth it.

Comment: Keurig is a waste of money and I dislike it very much. I have only used it 3 or 4 times. The water is not hot enough and if you use a k-cup for a large cup of coffee it is not strong enough or hot enough. Even tiny marshmellows will not melt in the cocoa.
