As everyone knows good coffee starts with good beans and good water. If your tap water isn't good enough to drink on its own, it probably isn't ideal for brewing coffee either. These water filters work with the Braun 12 cup coffeemakers that feature the PureAqua filtration system.

Comment: These filters only are used for the Braun coffee maker. Therefore, I have "no review." Without them, the product would not function properly. However, they do filter properly.

Comment: I had been out of these filters for a while for my Braun coffee maker and couldn't find them locally anymore. The city water in my area is not very good and these really do make a difference in the taste of my coffee. Happy to find them here for a normal price (as compared to the Braun home site's outrageous price!!!). Shop around, folks. You really don't need to pay $64.00 for two of these!

Comment: I bought this to replace mine which had been in the machine for over 6 months. I think it works, but there was only a slight difference in the taste, if any at all. I was hoping that this would improve the taste of my coffee since my old filter was so bad, but didn't do that. Nevertheless, the goal of this product is to filter water, not necessarily improve taste. Since it does that, it still gets a 5-star.
