Comment: I just bought this product in a kitchen store in the mall. The sales women had one at home and highly recommended it! I am now enjoying a pleasant cup of cappuccino after only 4 minutes! Her advice to follow for sucess:
1) Only use expresso grounds (don't overfill or pack down)
2) Make sure you clean the surface for effective sealing.
