Customer Rating: Summary: If I could give it a zero I would 2007-01-22 Comment: I bought this coffeemaker less than 3 months ago. The carafe dribbled when you tried to pour the coffee and had to send in for a replacement. Now it has quit working completely. When you call the warranty place all you get is an answering machine saying they will call you back in 24-48 hours. The carafe is very hard to pour from and does not keep the coffee hot at all. The display is extremely hard to use, its not lighted and not very user friendly. I see that it has come down $20.00 in price since I bought it so I really feel cheated. This is not the quality of B&D products I have used in the past. I hate it!

Customer Rating: Summary: measure your space... 2007-01-16 Comment: I recieved this coffee maker as a gift. It is a great idea to save counter space but make sure you have plenty of space to put it. It's not a compact coffee maker. It would easily mount under my cabinet but I'd only have maybe 3-4 inches under it. It would be great if I had higher cabinets. I've decided not to mount it yet. I'll take it with me when we move. I hope I can find a good space for it in our next house.
